A piece created for the Black Country Echoes Festival in 2014 - and based around the history of glass in the Black Country area. Whereas a piece of cut crystal passed through many hands, each doing different tasks, I often make as an individual - and shift from one task to another. Shift Work shows elements from the whole process.
