The Redpath Glass studio is at the Ruskin Glass Centre, in Stourbridge: a town in the West Midlands, with a glass-making history spanning more than 400 years. I share my studio with another kiln glass artist, George Jackson.
The Glass Centre is home to more than 18 different craft businesses, many glass related. There is also a heritage centre - exploring the history of the site (which was previously home to both Webb Corbett and Royal Doulton). The Ruskin Mill Trust also runs a college on site, for students aged 16+ with educational or behavioural difficulties.
I'm usually in the studio on weekdays, and at weekends by appointment. If you're making a special trip, give me a call first, and I'll make sure I'm not out and about.
